Also, shipping fragrances (perfumes / colognes) must be done by USPS Ground only due to regulations (contains alcohol which is flammable). This is the all US states except Hawai’i and Alaska and I cannot ship abroad.

I can ship soaps any where in the US. For shipping abroad, I have to check the laws and regulations of the particular country the soaps are being shipped to. Some countries are quite strict which means I will be unable to sell you any soap, and I apologize in advance.
